2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Kings Mart.

• Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been installed, damaged due to misuse, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
